Upcoming Events & Announcements1. The national Aim Convention will be held in Houston, Texas Monday, July 3- Saturday, July 8, 2000. 2. During the week of July 3rd, the National Department of Evangelism will be holding services nightly in the George Bush Grand Ballroom located in the George R. Bush Convention Center starting at 7:30 p.m. 3. There will be classes and seminars during the day. 4. Evangelist Maria Gardner will be having midnight services showcases some of the preachers in the department. 5. The National Evangelism and Missions Aim Breakfast will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2000 at 8:00 a.m. The location of the breakfast is the Imperial Center & West Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. 6. Also on Thursday, July 6, 2000 there will be a midnight musical with guests such as Krystal Rucker, Kathy Taylor Brown, the Houston Mass Choir of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Elder Carliss Moody Jr., Eld. Rudy Stanfield, Minister Isadore Jackson, the Mission & Evangelism Mass Choir along with many others. I’m sure that if you’ve experienced one of these musicals in the past, you are well aware of the wonderful time that we have lifting up the name of Jesus in Song. Past musical guests have included Kurt Carr & the Kurt Carr Singers, Charles Fold, Twinkie Clark and others. We look forward to seeing you this year at the George R. Bush Ballroom of the George R. Bush Convention Center. Tickets for this event are available for $10.00 in advance or at the door. 7. On Friday, July 7, 2000 the Presidents Banquet will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 3:00 p.m.
